Leslie has spent more than 15 years as a journalist and has served in both the print and electronic media, internationally and domestically allowing him to develop a very keen sense of news worthiness in both domains.

Among the organizations Leslie has served include The Star, Malaysia’s leading English daily, and NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation’s bureau in Kuala Lumpur.

His last posting was with The Straits Times of Singapore at its Kuala Lumpur bureau. During his tenure as a journalist he has traveled extensively and covered a wide range of subjects from politics and crime to motoring, business and human interest features. As a result of his vast experience, Leslie has a wide network of media contacts.

 
 
 


Lionel has vast experience in marketing within the lifestyle industry. Having worked with diversified products such as sporting equipment with brands such as Taylormade, Head and in apparel with Ocean Pacific, Gap, Nike, Adidas, and Cross Creek and with wines and spirits, the brands included such household names such as Chivas Regal, Martell, champagne Mumm, Perrier Jouet, Jacobs Creek and Wyndham Estate.

He has had articles appear in various publications including Harper Bazaar (Malaysia), Flavors Magazine, Wine and Dine, World of Feng Shui, China Press and Sin Chew Daily.

Lionel was the managing partner of Vintage Ventures, the first marketing and public relations consultancy specializing in the hospitality industry. Apart from being a wines and spirits consultant, he is also a Wine and Spirits Education Trust qualified lecturer. His various other roles include being a judge at the 2006 Vinitaly international wine competition, as well as being on the panel of judges for Malaysia Airlines, Flavours magazine and the Starhill wine festival.

 
 
 

Farah brings with her a wealth of experience spanning the scope of the capital markets, from starting her career as an institutional equities and derivatives dealer to managing a private lobby group for all Malaysian stockbrokers, not before taking a year out as a specialist writer at the Business desk of the New Straits Times, Malaysia’s oldest English daily.

Her last posting was as Head of Marketing Communications, Bursa Malaysia Bhd. Farah was instrumental in the development and publication of the ‘Investor Relations Put Into Practice’ manual published by Bursa Malaysia. The manual serves as a guide for companies who take their responsibilities in listing and developing a pro-active Investor Relations program seriously.

Farah through her vast and valuable experience brings with her a deep understanding the needs of investors while appreciating the sensitivities of business and the complexities of the corporate world.

 
 
 


Richard has spent twenty over years in the financial industries and brings with him solid and invaluable understanding in the world of corporate relations. The foray into the money markets began with a small merchant bank back in 1984. Richard then went on to become an institutional dealer with firms such as Arab Malaysian Securities, PB Securities and MDF Sisma Securities. A man of experience and patience, Richard provides a fundamental edge to the team.

 
 
 

Shee Pinn is a Bachelor of Communications degree holder from Monash University (Sunway Malaysia ) and was the other managing partner of Vintage Ventures as well as a free lance writer for the News Straits Times. Her areas of experience include administrative assistance in the securities industry; operations and account servicing for the ticketing industry; as well as customer service, sales and marketing in the F&B and hospitality industries.
 
 
 

Churns out press releases, and savvy ideas on a regular basis. A great people’s person, mayhap she possesses something which helps her in this endeavor which most others don’t – a Psychology Degree. Also possesses high levels of optimism and admirable ability to handle high stress levels with calm and not one to shy away when duty calls in any aspect.

Like most of the team, Ntasha pulls in double duty both marketing communications and creative executive. With 8 years in publication and graphic design, Ntasha may be a size ‘S’ but she is a force to be reckoned with, hailing from a background which includes being a publication designer with several reputable and well-known magazines as well as experience in client servicing.
 
 
 

A Bachelor of Communications & Public Relations graduate, apart from handling the client’s marketing communications needs, Yik Peng’s role in the team is also the all important Chinese media specialist. All too often, the Chinese media have been not been given enough due and at Millennium Associates, we address this issue seriously by not taking the Chinese press for granted.
 
 
 


Plays as big a role as any in the team since she holds the keys to the books and ledgers. Kelly also assists with operational aspects and steps up to the plate when duty calls outside office confines. Meticulous and diligent – for which the team has definitely been better with.
